Beware of Communists bearing gifts
Well California, your Communist Governor Brown is at it again. He can’t even convince his Commie comrades in the Democrat party to renew his hypocritical Cap and Trade policy so what is he trying to do? Read on my friend.
For those living in the rural wooded areas of California this bill sounds as though the Communist legislature of California has had a change of heart and has decided that the Illegal anti- Constitutional annual Fire Tax penalizing just a few Californians will be over turned.  But don’t be fooled by the Communist Trojan Horse my friend.  Inside this gift, for which you will receive nothing not even a refund, there is the hypocritical “Cap and Trade” extension.  Which allows corporations that emit less carbon dioxide than the law allows, THE CAP.  And sell or trade those credits to those that exceed the limit, THE TRADE.  So if you have enough money, you can pollute all you want, THE HYPOCRICY.
More on that later!
Over the last year, politicians in Sacramento have been negotiating the extension of California’s so-called “cap and trade” law which is intended to address the issue of climate change. Last night, Governor Brown and his Communist legislative leaders announced a proposal to do a Trojan Horse Link with the extension of “cap and trade” and then call it the repeal of the fire tax imposed on approximately 850,000 rural property owners who live in so-called State Responsibility Areas where CalFire is supposed to provide fire protection services that we all - already pay for.
Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association has already had an active class action lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the fire tax and is anticipating concluding the case in the trial court later this year.
The Communists are sacrificing a pawn that they will eventually lose anyway

The inclusion of the fire tax repeal in the “cap and trade” legislation is intended to blunt the expected opposition of pro-taxpayer interests. However, the proposal hardly makes the legislation taxpayer neutral.  Costs to taxpayers as the result of California’s so-called global warming policies are substantial and include higher prices for gas, electricity, and consumer goods. Moreover they will not stop the Ice from melting.
If the bill becomes law, the fire tax would be suspended immediately. However, the repeal would be prospective only, meaning it does not include a refund to property owners who have, for several years, been paying this illegal tax.
HJTA strongly believes the tax was illegal and that rural property owners are entitled to a refund.
THE BOTTOM LINE: The real hypocrisy here though, is the lie. This whole issue of so-called greenhouse gas, ironically good for greenhouses, is based on the premise that C O2 or carbon dioxide is an air pollutant or a poison.  That my friend is the lie, the lie only believed by the programmed robots that are paid to perpetuate the lie.
If you remember your high school chemistry you will recall that carbon is the main composition or (backbone) of organic compounds in the human body. Also, without carbon, we cannot breathe and stay alive. The body uses carbon levels as a primary way to regulate blood Hemoglobin in the human body.  Carbon constitutes roughly 18 percent of one’s body mass, and millions of carbon atoms form the thousands of molecules in virtually every cell. Carbon is the basic building block required to form proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and it plays a crucial role in regulating the physiology of the body.  In other words without carbon all life on earth would cease to exist.
CO2 is also the fertilizer for all plant life on the earth, used in the process of photosynthesis. Carbon dioxide is converted into sugars in a process called carbon fixation. Photosynthesis provides the energy in the form of free electrons that are used to split carbon from carbon dioxide that is then used to fix that carbon once again as carbohydrate. CO2 is plant food my friend. And plants produce oxygen.
Earth's current atmospheric CO2 concentration is almost 390 parts per million (ppm). Adding back another 300 ppm of CO2 to the air which was shown to have occurred in ancient history has been shown by literally thousands of sceintific experiments to greatly increase the growth or biomass production of nearly all plants. This growth stimulation occurs because CO2 is one of the two raw materials (the other being water) that are required for photosynthesis. Hence, CO2 is actually the "food" that sustains essentially all plants on the face of the earth, as well as those in the sea.  And the more CO2 they "eat" (absorb from the air or water), the bigger and better they grow. (   Source: Plants Need CO2)
Moreover the byproduct emission of vegetation as it splits up the CO2 molecule is O2 or oxygen. Again without carbon dioxide all plant life dies, without plant life there’s no oxygen and without oxygen all humans and animals die.
Then what is air pollution?

Air pollution on the other hand is ground level Ozone or (O3) it is created by chemical reactions between oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) in the presence of sunlight. Emissions from industrial facilities and electric utilities, motor vehicle exhaust, gasoline vapors, and some chemical solvents are some of the major sources of NOx and VOCs.

Breathing too much ozone can trigger a variety of health problems, particularly for children, the elderly, and people of all ages who have lung diseases such as asthma. Ground level ozone can also have harmful effects on sensitive vegetation and ecosystems.

But if plants can’t breathe carbon dioxide then we can’t breathe oxygen…
Thanks for listening. Now go do the right thing and fight for truth and freedom.
