Islamic Immigrants Violate Immigration Law of 1952

‘THE BOTTOM LINE’

When are we going to begin paying attention to the law and truth??? Those who say Muslins are protected under the First Amendment are ignorant, not only of Islam, but also of the Law.  If you have any desire to know the truth in this regard…Read on.  This shows just how far off course we have gone.

Trump is absolutely within the law banning all Muslins from entering the United States.  America has been subjected to corruption in the government and violations of the law for so long that some Americans can no longer recognize the truth.  

Preface: The fundamental problem here is that it seems no one in the media or the federal government except the current president Donald J Trump has read the Islamic Quran the Hadiths and Sharia Law. Islam is actually indistinguishable from Communism and Nazism and is not defined as a religion as protected under the First Amendment.

Statement: If any terrorists enter the country during this Illegal injunction against the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Federal Judge James L. Robart of Washington State should be fired and brought up on charges.   

America’s Muslim president Obama for eight years had been supporting his MB Jihadist brothers and sisters and violating The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Section 212 Chapter 2, which prohibits entry into America, Aliens legal or illegal belonging to an organization seeking the unlawful overthrow of the federal government of the United States by force, violence and other unconstitutional means. Look it up and read it my friend.

The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 was passed as a direct result of an opinion by the U.S. U.S. Supreme Court Opinion No. 35  Carlson v. Landon, in November 26, 1951 342 U.S. 524 (1952) Decided March 10, 1952 342 U.S. 524

Islamic immigration is illegal under this law. Why? The Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam. Which is against American values and violates the Constitution as it requires them to kill the infidel, which happens to be citizens of the United States. Get a Quran and Hadith and read them for yourself.

The Islamic Ideology requires total and absolute submission to Islamic Sharia Law and its form of government which is not compatible with the American culture, laws, Constitution, nor any other culture in the world.  

The 1952 law that Trump used - states that “Aliens affiliated with any organization that advocates the overthrow of our government are prohibited”.

So Obama and all who advocated Syrian Islamist refugees into the nation are violating the law, as well as allowing any Muslims into America that practice Sharia law.

Note: Obama denied Christian Syrians from entering the U.S. and no one filed an injunction.  

Those that advocate that Islam is just a peaceful religion and have rights that fall under the First Amendment are not understanding the Amendment or the immigration laws on the books, nor are they understanding what Islam and Sharia law really is. Islam as Nazism and/or Communism is a government body that goes against the constitution and our Republic and the laws of the United States of America.

Those that would rather turn a blind eye to the facts need to come to a real discussion based on law and facts of truth, instead of false rhetoric to push an anti-American agenda. Let the real debate begin based on truth and law!

The Act governs primarily immigration to and citizenship in the United States. It has been in effect since December 24, 1952 and has never been challenged. Before this Act, a variety of similar statutes governed immigration law but were not previously organized within one body of text.

THE BOTTOM LINE: This confusion is caused by a government that has been corrupted for so long that few even know right from wrong anymore.  And unless we wake up from our apathetic slumber and stop allowing a communist media program us like a bunch of useful ignorant protesting idiots and instead seek the truth, America as we have known it, will come to an end.
