Intent Is Not An
Issue According to Law

In July of this year FBI Director James B. Comey illegally disregarded Hillary Clinton’s Federal Crimes, ultimately he said “because he couldn’t prove intent.” Well it just shows the ignorance of the American public to swallow such bilge water. Not to mention the fact that Comey knew he was lying through his law degree. Of course Loretta Lynch of the DOJ didn’t say anything about it because she owes her reason for living to the Clintons and Obama. But the truth is that according to Title 18 chapter 37 of the espionage code of the U.S. Code of Justice number 793, “The Gathering and transmitting or losing defense information,” intent is not an issue when it comes to the mishandling of national defense Intel. It is simply gross negligence. And the Congress with all their lawyers and legal gurus just played dumb. No one wants to rock the boat, they are all afraid they might fall out and drown in a sea of crime and corruption. There
are two stories this past week that caused quite a buzz in the alternative
media, almost nothing from the main stream. One was from Judicial Watch that
made a slam-dunk case against FBI Director James Comey for turning the nation’s
highest anti-crime agency into a political support group to protect a
presidential candidate from being convicted of serious federal crimes even
though everyone knew the crimes were committed.
The other was the stunning announcement by
Comey that the FBI had discovered a new batch of Hillary’s emails that might
have a bearing on the previous (pretended) investigation and, furthermore, they
might have content that could justify reopening the whole matter. To thicken
the plot, the emails were found on the computer of a former Congressman
who was caught sending explicit photos of himself to women.
But something about this story smells like
the morning paper. While it may look like Comey is jumping ship to minimize
chances of his own prosecution as an accomplice and abettor to Hillary’s
crimes. On the other hand, since Comey has done everything possible to protect criminal
Hillary from prosecution so far, it is difficult to imagine that he thinks he could
get away with turning against the Clinton crime family now, and come out of it
in standing on his feet and with all his fingers and toes.
So, what else could motivate him to appear to
be interested in reopening the investigation but with no intention of actually
doing so – unless it is to draw attention away from Hillary’s other emails,
which are known to be in violation of the law and, for
the final days leading to the election, draw public attention to a new batch of
emails about which there is only speculation. Adding the scandalous
element of sexual misbehavior of ex-congressman Wiener would only enhance the
power of distraction.
THE
BOTTOM LINE: The corruption encompasses the entire
Federal Government. From the Congress to the IRS to the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA,
and the NSA the DHS, the BLM to the Whitehouse and every alphabet soup
department in Washington DC.
If Donald Trump is elected president he has
got an enormous task ahead of him if he wants to get this country back on the
right road to make “America Great Again.”
If Hillary Clinton is elected president she
will continue to turn this country into a Communist Marxist dictatorship where
what she does will always justify the means.
Where independence and freedom will not even be a distant memory,
because like her e-mails she will delete or rewrite all of American
history. YOUR KIDS WON”T MISS WHAT THEY
NEVER KNEW THEY HAD…
