NOTE: Let us never forget September 11, 2001 when the Jihadist Nation
of Islam viciously attacked the Sovereign States of America and initially
killed approximately 3000 Americans which has now spread to more than 5000
including the first responders that are still dying from the aftermath. Of course it didn’t stop there, America is
still being attacked by Islam, not only by independent Muslim Jihadist
infiltrators, but by our own seditious Muslim Jihadist President.
Typical of a Muslim
Communist Harvard lawyer who is taught, not the law, but how to criminally circumvent
the law. If anyone can find a way to
skate around the intent of Constitutional Law or misuse or abuse it, it’s a ‘Muslim
Jihadist Infiltrator ‘like Barrack Hussein Obama.
The House of
Representatives had to write and pass yet another special law just to reign in
and coral Obama to keep him from running his own private political regime out
of the oval office.
Obama’s criminal Department
Of Felonious InJustice run by his
favorite marionette, Loretta Lynch, has so far gotten away with misdirecting over $800 million of the more than 50
Billion in shake down Bank fines/donations to Obama’s personal activist groups
such as $1.5 million dollar gift to La Raza, a Mexican
anti-American subversive terrorist group. So far I haven’t discovered any donations to
ISIS or any other Muslim terrorist or terrorists supporting group such as CAIR
or the revived Ottoman Empire-Muslim Brotherhood. Not from this particular slush fund
anyway.
The
House of Representatives finally passed legislation Wednesday which would finally
stop Obama from funding his favorite political organizations with so-called penalty
moneys levied against banks. A form of special backroom mordida. At least until
he finds yet another circumvent the law.
It’s kind of like trying to stop a hacker, he will always find another
way.
The final
tally of
votes for the “Stop
Settlement Slush Funds Act of 2016” (H.R. 5063) was 241-174, with five
Democrats joining with all the Republicans present to approve the
measure.
As
reported in a detailed article by Western Journalism, the Obama administration once
again appears to be employing extra-constitutional ways to dance around Congress
and fund many of its favorite organizations, most of which are engaged in un-American
political activities.
After
Obama forced multi-billion dollar settlements with most of the major banks
in the country over mortgage practices, Obama’s instructed his private law
enforcement agency the DOJ to offer them the option of paying back just some
of the amounts owed on a better than a two-for-one dollar basis by instead
calling it “donations” given to Obama’s favorite subversive organizations,
rather than remitting the money to the U.S. Treasury which is required by law.
For
example, Bank of America donated “$1.15 million to the National Urban League,
which counts as if it were $2.6 million against the bank’s settlement.
Similarly, $1.5 million to La Raza takes $3.5 million off the total amount of
‘consumer relief’ owed by the bank,”
the Wall Street Journal reported.
Many
of Obamas pet groups engage in voter registration fraud, communist community
organizing and lobbying on liberal policy priorities at every level of
government. They also provide grants to other liberal Communist and other
anti-American groups that would not otherwise be eligible for payouts from
congress. Thanks to the Obama’s ‘Monocratic Regime’ and the manipulation of
money, Obama can abuse his office to shake down the deep pockets of Banks and distribute
billions of dollars to his personal political activities. Just as Hillary did
with her private foundation.
House
Judiciary Chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., introduced the Stop Settlement
Slush Funds Act in April, which would
prevent Obama from enforcing settlement shakedowns that funnel money to third
party organizations.
“Whether you are a Republican or a Democrat, the Constitution is
clear: Congress shall have the power to appropriate funds,” said Goodlatte in a House
Judiciary Committee press release on Wednesday following the
bill’s passage. But what Congress fails to recognize is that Sharia says,
that Islamic Jihadists have the power to appropriate funds.
“The practices discovered within the DOJ must be stopped. The
passage of this bill by the House ensures the recovered funds are used to
benefit direct victims and not special interests, and brings accountability to
the Executive Branch as a whole.” Said Goodlatte
According
to the House Judiciary release, “the DOJ has used Bank fines to direct as
much as $880 million dollars to activist groups.” In a related issue,
Obama earlier this year illegally handed out over $7 billion to health insurance companies using fees collected through
the Affordable Care Act as a means of mitigating the disastrous financial
impact the legislation is having on them. The only problem is the law
authorizes a fixed share of those collected fees to be used for that purpose
and the rest is to go to Treasury’s general funds. The administration has
handed over all the funds collected without obtaining authorization from
Congress.
But
then Muslims don’t go by any law but Sharia.
Which shows the ignorance of most Americans when it comes to Islam. Islam and Sharia doesn’t assimilate, it replaces.
THE BOTTOM LINE: The only reason Barrack Obama
and Hillary Clinton are not brought up on hundreds of felonious charges of
criminal violations of just about any law one could possibly think of including
treason, is that it would take down nearly the entire government. Nearly everyone and every department is in
some way involved in some kind of illegal or seditious activity. It would be political and criminal suicide
for anyone to call for an investigation of any kind.
If
nearly everyone in government including the FBI is obviously part of some
illegal shenanigans or cover-up, then who do you call?
This
is why all eligible Americans must vote in this coming election and vote
smart. Even if you think your vote is
just to vote against someone. If we
stupidly elect another anti-American anti-constitutional criminal to the
congress and/or to the Whitehouse it very well could bring down whatever is
left of this Free Constitutional Republic.
No! Moving to Canada wouldn’t be any better my
friend. You would have to think about something more like Mars…
