Obama’s First
Sharia Federal Court
Opinion Editorialist for
‘THE BOTTOM LINE’
This is exactly what I have been
watching for, the last seven plus years – a Muslin Jihadist Federal Judge. This is a prime example of the ongoing Muslim
infiltration promoted by the grand Muslim infiltrator himself, Barack Hussein
Obama. Truthfully I am surprised this
hasn’t happened at an earlier date but it is likely all part of the plan to
incrementally turn America into an Islamic State. It May be that it is just the right time to
introduce Sharia into the American Federal Court System. Part of the Surreptitious
Incremental creep of fundamentally changing the USA into an Islamic State that Obama
promised in his presidential campaign. Soon we will reach the same slippery
slope that the UK is on with their 88 Sharia Courts. I don’t even know if that can be turned
around. They might not ever be able to
un-ring that bell.
Although likely not to be confirmed by the Senate, Obama nominated a Pakistani Muslim Jihadist, Abid Riaz Qureshi to become a federal judge for the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C.
“I am pleased to nominate Mr. Qureshi to serve on the United States District Court bench,” said President Obama. “I am confident he will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice.”
But under what Law?
As The Washington Examiner reported, Qureshi is the first Muslim nominated to become a federal judge:
Qureshi, a member of the Muslim Advocates group an organization committed to the advancement of Sharia Law has represented many pro bono cases to promote Islamic Sharia in America.
Muslim advocacy groups of course heralded the nomination.
“I commend
President Obama for taking this important step in continuing to pick the best
and brightest from every community to serve as part of our nation’s judiciary,”
said Farhana Khera, executive
director of Muslim Advocates. “A
judiciary that reflects the rich diversity of our nation helps ensure the fair
and just administration of the law, and it is vital for American Muslims to be
included," Khera said, adding, "Mr. Qureshi’s profound
commitment to the rule of law and justice for people of all backgrounds makes
him an exceptional nominee.”
Again…what law?
It appears that Qureshi was involved in many Muslim advocacy litigation cases such as lifting NYC's temporary ban of Islamic promotion posters: The BTW said, “The Muslim American President Obama nominated to be a federal judge today was lawyer who represented us in lawsuit vs NYC MTA over Muslim posters in subways to promote “The Muslims Are Coming” as just friendly people.”
As Muslim Advocates reported:
“Latham
& Watkins LLP and Muslim Advocates served as co-counsel in the lawsuit
filed on behalf of VQP, an award-winning video production company based in New
York, NY. VQP makes viral video campaigns, TV and web shows, as well as
narrative and documentary features, and specializes in comedy.” The comedians behind the
posters celebrated after the ban was lifted. "We’re thrilled that finally our
posters will go up and people will start loving Muslims!” said Dean
Obeidallah, Comedian and Co-Director with Farsad of The Muslims are Coming!
Okay, maybe one poster or Muslim comedy can’t make you actually
love Muslims but I can tell you for sure it will be part of the courting
process to get you to accept and believe the lies that Islam is just a warm
fuzzy peaceful religion.
After a seven week Congressional recess, the nomination of Qureshi signals confrontation over judicial appointments. Judge Merrick Garland, tapped to replace the late conservative justice Antonin Scalia, is yet to receive a Senate appointment hearing. You had better write your senator and tell them not to confirm anymore of Obama’s nominees.
The nomination of Qureshi comes among President
Obama's push to fill hundreds of lower court vacancies, as well as the federal
bench and the Supreme Court bench with far left leaning Judges, some who could
be considered Social Communists. In total, Obama has seated 329 federal judges, all of them
lifetime appointments. This would be
his first Muslim Jihadist Judicial Sharia appointment.
Going to bat for hardline Saudi
Wahhabi Islamic school in U.S.
For those concerned that Qureshi’s allegiance to
Islamic law will alter the courts view of the U.S. Constitution is his work such
as representing a private school with ties to the hard-line Saudi Arabian
government who financed the (9/11) attacks on the World Trade Center in a case before
the National Labor Relations Board. Abid
Qureshi and his team represented the Islamic Saudi Academy, a K-12 private
school with the backing of the Saudi government. “The school is on a mission of
providing education ‘rooted in the Islamic faith’ to young people of Saudi
Arabia residing in the U.S., especially children of government officials and
Saudi diplomats,” according to National Law
Journal.
The dispute centered on whether the board had
jurisdiction over the school’s decision to fire a Muslim teacher. Qureshi cleverly cast the case as a matter
of Islamic religious freedom –using the U.S Constitution to defend Islamic
Sharia Law, and he won the case for the Saudi government school. Muslim teachers can proselytize students for
Islam but Christian teachers cannot. In Islam that’s fair…
Spencer, who blogs at JihadWatch.com, said that even if
Qureshi’s record was unblemished by any connections to terror-stained groups or
persons, the appointment is an ominous sign about the future of American
politics. “Even if this judge’s background
is spotless and patriotism unquestionable, this appointment bodes ill for the
future. The Obama administration, and Hillary Clinton, deny that jihad terror
has anything to do with Islam,” Spencer said. “They have assiduously courted,
supported and collaborated with the Muslim Brotherhood. How will they be able
to vet potential judicial appointees who are Muslim for sympathies to a jihad
they don’t admit exists, much less Shariah supremacism and more?”
“The fact that the terrorist support group of CAIR is
hailing the appointment is also not a good sign, it suggests that they know he is
in line with their agenda – they don’t hail Muslims who aren’t,” said Spencer.
THE BOTTOM LINE: At the beginning and throughout this article I referred to Abid Riaz Qureshi as a “MUSLIM JIHAIDIST”. You might think this is fickle or arbitrary
and unfair. Well as you well know, if
you are a regular reader of my column, I have studied Islam and Middle Eastern
history for more than 25 years. And when
Donald Trump said he “knew more about Islam than…the Generals
did”, if, and I don’t know if he has, but if he has studied Islam and
has read the Quran, Sunnah and the Hadith, he very well could know more than
the Generals. More than 80 of these Generals have signed a letter
supporting Trump. It is doubtful that more than a hand full of
Congressional members have ever studied Islam as well as most of the American
public, they know only what they hear from the Communist Media, who also has
never studied Islam. The Bible says
something about the blind leading the blind in Luke 6:39.
I referred to Obama’s Federal Court Nominee as a Muslim Jihadist
because all Muslims are in fact Jihadists, or, they are not Muslims. Islam and
Jihad are synonymous. All Muslims must
in some way be involved in the subjugation of the world (the Ummah) under
Islamic Sharia Law. This is also why I titled this article “Obama’s First
Federal Sharia Court,” Because under Islamic Sharia law Abid Riaz Qureshi would
be required, as a Muslim, to incrementally introduce Sharia into his
court. Or he would face being on a list
for extermination for not living up to has obligation as a Muslim. This is why some Muslims are killed by other
Muslims.
If the Senate confirms this nomination now or
one like it sometime in the future, this will be a step closer to turning
America into just another Islamic State.
And just in case you think that is absurd also, then you likely didn’t
know that there are already three local Sharia lower courts in the U.S. One in Michigan, one in Minnesota, and one in
Texas. There was a time not too long ago
that there were only three Sharia courts in Great Britain. Today the U.K. has 88 Sharia courts as well
as a Muslim Mayor in their Capital City of London. England is well on its way to becoming an
Islamic State. It is already too late to
reverse the process of Islamic Jihad in most of Europe without a bloody war.
