Is The BLM Good For America
Is it even constitutionally legal?

Will the western range and property wars between the Ranchers in Nevada and Oregon and the Federal BLM be the excuse that Obama is looking for to sanction the Jade Helm 15 “Martial Law” in America or at least in the West?
A little lesson in the Constitution regarding property:
The little known 9th and 10th Amendments to the US Constitution are totally ignored, not only by the Federal Government but ignorantly and more importantly - they are ignored by the people.

These two Amendments are not technically part of the citizen’s Bill of Rights as much as they are for the purpose of putting the Federal Government on notice as to what the extent of the general rights of the citizens are and what the specific right and place of the Federal Government is’.  
 (The 9th Amendment)
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

It is saying that the eight rights in the bill of rights aren’t the only rights the citizens have. 

(The 10th Amendment)
 “The powers not delegated to the United States [Federal Government] by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
As a matter of Constitutional law, The Federal Government has only the rights specifically spelled out in the body of the constitution.  The people have all the rest of the rights in America unless they delegate them to their respective states.
Now on that note: I would simply challenge anyone to show me - where in the constitution it says the federal government has Carte blanche ownership and control of a third of the state land in the United States.

The truth is that the Founders and architects of the U.S. Constitution allowed very little property to be owned by the Federal Government:

With the power of private property firmly in mind, the Founders clearly set forth necessary limitations in the Constitution so that the Federal Central Government would not accumulate much property of  its own. The thought  (as in the 10th Amendment) was to leave it to the people who will use, care for, develop, subdue, and gain dominion over it in a manner which will bless the lives of all the people in the many states and lead to greater and greater permanent prosperity.

There were, however, a few reasons to have the Federal Government own a limited amount of property As you will soon see: for a seat of government, for military uses, and for needful buildings. Later there was the National Park System.This is the very limited power given to Congress regarding  American land, in the Constitution:

Here is the law: (Art I, Sect. 8, and Clause 17) of the U.S. Constitution.

"To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings"

So to answer the question: Is the existence of the Federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM), even constitutionally legal?

Below is a map of the lower 48 states as well as inserts of Alaska and Hawaii, and unless one is totally color blind one can easily see what the Federal Government illegally owns.  It’s all the land in RED my friend. 

Nearly the entire Western United States is illegally and unconstitutionally owned and occupied by the Federal Government and controlled by the BLM.

As one can easily see, the Federal Government illegally owns and controls more than 90 percent of the state of Nevada, more than 65 percent of the state of Oregon, 80 percent of the state of Utah, and so on!  The anti-constitutional criminal oppressive Federal Government illegally owns, and controls approximately a third of the land in the continental United States.

“Although there have been no real violence or threats so far in Nevada or Oregon, the risk is real. Federal employees and citizens in Nevada have been attacked in the past over land-use disputes — shot at, their offices and cars bombed.
The hills of northern Nevada have long seethed with discontent against the federal government. In the 1970s, local ranchers helped launch the Sagebrush Rebellion, a rural revolt that lasted, in various iterations, for decades as ranchers and lawmakers bucked new federal laws concerning the use of public lands, demanding more local control.
Smith recalls how Carver used to carry miniature copies of the Constitution in his pocket, just like some of the ranchers holed up in Oregon do, expounding on state's rights.
Smith, 65, graduated from the University of Nevada in Reno and joined the BLM in a succession of rural outposts — Winnemucca, Ely and finally Battle Mountain, where he was district manager for 15 years.
"I spent the first year I was in Battle Mountain going to meetings with them. We were trying to get them in a peaceful resolution to pay their fees and get their permits and continue ranching.  There's a small percentage of ranchers that can't stand being told what to do," Smith said.
"Everybody felt a little more empowered when the BLM didn't impound Cliven Bundy," Smith said.”   END.

The audacity of Smith, who the bloody h--- does he think he is? This is not Nazi Germany nor Communist Russia, not yet’ anyway.  I treat my dog with more respect…
How is this happening??? Well…wake up! I am going to rant now…
YOU’ THE PEOPLE’ have been asleep at the helm’, my friends, you should be ashamed.  And pardon me all to heck if I don’t include myself in the ‘We the People’ in this regard, because I have been fighting for your bloody constitutional freedoms and your right to be apathetic and irresponsible for longer than most of you have been alive.  So I’ the people, haven’t been asleep…  

I can guaran’bloody’tee you, it is still, and will be, the Constitutional Republic of America as long as I am alive.  After I’m dead you can do what you want.
How about You! Why don’t you ‘do your job’ for the sake of your kids if not for yourself, do something independent for your country for a change, get up off of your couch potato, and put your constitution on, write your representatives and tell them ‘respectfully’ to obey the Law, and turn state land over to the States where it legally belongs.  You can do that right here…  That is if you can lift your lazy finger high enough to click your mouse.  
If you guessed that I am angry, you would be right.
Let’s all get angry together and do something…
