Another Impeachable Offence
There has never been a
president in history that has committed as many high crimes misdemeanors and
other unconstitutional impeachable offences as Barack Hussein Obama and yet he
continues his tyrannical regime.

A dictatorship is a very efficient
system of government, but if one is a tyrant like Obama, it is not only
efficient but abhorrent.
What Obama said in essence regarding
his planned amnesty executive order is - despite what the constitutional protocols
are, I am going to ignore Article 1 Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution which
says, ”All
legislative Powers herein granted shall be
vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives”. And instead by executive orders ---I will make law! That is a true example of a dictator my
friend!
Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution is a vesting
clause, granting
all the federal government's legislative authority to Congress.
Similar vesting clauses are found in Articles II and III, which grant "the
executive power" to the President
but not legislative power. This establishes the principle of the separation of
powers by specifically giving to each branch of the federal government
only those powers it can exercise and no others. This means that no branch may
exercise powers that properly belong to another (e.g., since the legislative
power is only vested in Congress, the executive or any other branch of government
may not enact laws).
Charles Krauthammer said on Fox News,
that amnesty via executive order is an "impeachable offense."
"Look, I believe it is an
impeachable offense," Krauthammer told Kelly.
If the circumstances were different, if
we were at the beginning of a presidency, if we hadn't had years when the
Congress has been supine and unresponsive at other grabs
of their authority by the executive--like Obama unilaterally changing Obamacare after it was passed
about 30 times with no response from the Congress--the same as Obama
essentially re-writing some of the drug laws.
This idea of prosecutorial discretion
is really a travesty. It is intended for extreme cases. For a case where you
want to show mercy for an individual or two where its unusual incident, unusual
circumstances and you say, okay, we're going to give this person a pass. It was
never intended to abolish a whole class of people subject to a law and to
essentially abolish whole sections of a law. And that's exactly what's
happening here."
THE BOTTOM
LINE: Now with a pro-American Congress and Senate is
there any excuse for not impeaching Obama, especially if he blatantly and with criminal
impunity makes this totally unconstitutional end run around Congress?
If Obama is allowed to get away with
this breach of power, it will pave the way for future presidents as a president
for dictatorship and law by decree.
So what other impeachable offences has
Obama committed? Well…there are quite
literally more than a hundred possibilities some of them he could or should go
to prison for, accessory to murder being one of them in the Fast
and Furious debacle and subsequent cover-up where hundreds were
killed. But try 13
impeachable offences for
starters and then if that is not enough for you then try 64
more Impeachable offences.
As I said: Is there
any excuse…?
