FYI The UN Arms Trade Treaty Pronounced LEGALLY DEAD

I specifically say “legally dead” because the Fuhrer Imam Obama does nothing legal.  This is yet another reason to impeach this anti-American Muslim Nazi Jihadist.

The Arms Trade Treaty was approved by the anti-American U.N. General Assembly in April and illegally signed by Secretary of State John Kerry and the Fuhrer Barrack Obama on behalf of the United States on September 25, 2013.

A letter which you can read, written by Senator Jerry Moran (R-KS) to President Barack Obama suggests that despite the administrative signing of the treaty the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty is dead on arrival in the Senate.

Moran’s letter, is a pledge co-signed by 49 other Senators, it shows the treaty would not be legally ratified if the vote were taken today as all treaties legally require the approval of a two-thirds Senate majority for legal ratification and then, and only then, officially signed by the president of the United States.

“The Administration’s recent signing of the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty was a direct dismissal of the bipartisan Senate majority that rejects this treaty,” said the Senator from Kansas.

 “Throughout this process, it has been disturbing to watch the Administration reverse U.S. policies, abandon its own ‘red line’ negotiation principles, admit publicly the treaty’s dangerous ambiguity, and hastily review the final treaty text.”

The letter outlines six unconstitutional cases against the international gun-control agreement and confirms that “the U.S. does not intend to ratify the Arms Trade Treaty, and despite the signing by the administration is therefore not bound by its obligations.”

THE BOTTOM LINE: One can’t help but wonder if the Fuhrer Obama will try to illegally enforce this treaty in some backdoor way just has he has illegally bypassed Congress so many times before.

Remember Obama said he would “Fundamentally Change America” and he knows the only way that can be completely accomplished, is to DISARM THE AMERICAN CITIZEN.

This is just another in the long list of the more than 326 legal reasons to impeach this America hating son of SATAN!
