Obama Is Tapping Your Line

A court order obtained by your Fuehrer Obama required Verizon and all other wireless communication providers to turn over all cell phone records on an “ongoing, daily basis” to the NSA, both within the US and between the US and international sources.  This includes digital text messages as well my friend.

According to a report from the UK Guardian, Barack Obama’s National Security Agency (NSA) has been collecting phone records of millions of domestic customers of Verizon and others, under a court order obtained in April 2013, and you thought you had a private line…

Note: Because of the Media blackout and or spin on these and other criminal scandals by the Fuehrer Barack Hussein Obama and his Nazi SS henchmen, I no longer rely on the American “Alphabet Soup Media” for any information.  Instead I go to foreign news publications and elsewhere…they, for the most part, tell the truth about what is going on in the U.S..

The Guardian reports: “The document shows for the first time that under the Obama administration the communication records of millions of US citizens are being collected indiscriminately and in bulk – regardless of whether they are suspected of any wrongdoing.”  A top secret order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) handed over the order to the FBI on April 25, and gave them a three month blanket surveillance clearance, three months…‘right’!  That means that numbers of both’ parties, location data, call duration, and time of all calls are subject to government surveillance.  That makes Obama’s oversight essentially unlimited.

This has been going on for years

The New York Times reports two Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee have been hinting at activity like this since last year.  In a letter to AG Eric Holder last year, Senators Ron Wyden and Mark Udall wrote, "We believe most Americans would be stunned to learn the details of how these secret court opinions have interpreted…the Patriot Act…As we see it, there is now a significant gap between what most Americans think the law allows and what the government secretly claims’ the law allows."

The NSA, White House Gestapo and the Department of Justice (SS) all declined comment of course.  The court order says that Verizon and other’s are forbidden to let customers know about the surveillance. 

The order forces communication providers to turn over electronic versions of “all call detail records or ‘telephony metadata’ created by providers for communications between the United States and abroad” … or, more ominously, “wholly within the United States, including local telephone calls.”  Every single day, Verizon and others must turn over that information.  Information  from Google  and other search engines such as search data history an blogger information is also made available to Obama’s Gestapo SS.  And as the Guardian reported, “regardless of whether they are suspected of any wrongdoing.”  So in other words not even probable cause is necessary.  So in yet more ‘other words’, there went the 4^th Amendment.  Moreover, now I have not only to watch my 6 from members of CAIR (The Counsel on American Islamic Relations) a known terrorist support group that has threatened my life and the lives of my family, but now my own government is a threat to my freedom and well being. 

The Guardian says that Verizon is not the only cell-phone provider targeted with the order, and adds that “previous reporting has suggested the NSA has collected cell records from all major mobile networks for years.”

The law legalizing this sort of intrusive “BIG BROTHER” surveillance on all U.S. citizens is an expansion and abuse of the 50 USC 1861, a provision of the Patriot Act allowing requests of business records.  The Fuherer Obama claims authority under the Patriot Act for the tracking. 

THE BOTTOM LINE:  Didn’t you just know this was eventually going to happen when the Pat-riot Act was passed?  This controversy already arose in 2006 when President Bush under the auspices of the war on terror passed this invasion of privacy act without any protection for law abiding Americans.  President Obama essentially declared the war on “Islamic Jihad Terror” over in April of this year.  At the same time Obama received his blanket surveillance go-ahead from the “Puppet FISA Court”.  ‘Now’ the war on terror is only on Christian conservatives, returning combat soldiers and real American patriots,
