As a follow up to my article titled “Californians Hide Your Guns Now”  addressing the rash of totally irrational anti-gun laws now being voted on, that are designed not to make us safer, or even to make us more unsafe, even though that will be the end result.  But the laws are instead designed to make us totally helpless and dependent on an undependable government.

One of the many insane California anti-gun laws included in the stack of recent bills is this statement:  “Curbing the proliferation of “rapid fire” weapons ... by getting guns out of the hands of criminals.”  My extremely rational, logical, reasonable, sensible, intelligent question Mr. Legislator is: First, just how does the State of California ‘plan’ to get guns out of the hands of criminals, and if they have a ‘plan’, why haven’t they implemented it instead of making criminals out of all the rest of the law abiding citizens in the State.  Secondly and likely something you mentally impaired programmed robot legislators don’t even know, is that by law, criminals are not required to register their guns.  According to the Supreme Court decision, look it up! Haynes vs. U.S. 390 U.S. 85, 1968,  criminals do not have to obtain licenses or register their weapons, or even admit that they are in possession of a gun, as that would be an act of self-incrimination, and a violation of their Fifth Amendment rights which no one can be required to do.  And thirdly, criminals don’t obey laws anyway, that my dear robot legislator is why they are referred to as criminals!  So I would really like to know Mr. Legislator, just how you are actually going get the “…guns out of the hands of criminals”  without violating the U.S. Constitutional rights of every American in the state of California, criminals and law abiding citizens alike?

Never mind, I already know the answer…it can’t be done.  So you law abiding citizens out there be prepared to either become criminals by violating these new unlawful anti-constitutional laws or be prepared to become as helpless as all those children at Sandy Hook school were, when the criminal with a gun showed up on the scene, you had no protection.  You have just got to understand my friend, the only ones with protection, are the criminals.

Either Way, if you are now a criminal with an unregistered gun you are automatically exempt from the gun laws because like all the rest of the criminals in California you cannot be made to incriminate yourself.   

See - now that you are a criminal, you have protection…isn’t that special!
