While 61 percent of the nation is swinging toward some kind of armed security in schools, the Communist haters of children that would just as soon kill them all, ‘before birth’ - are trying to lead us down a path of false security and certain destruction, all in the name of safety.  Sounds Hitleresque to me!

New York’s Mayor, Michael Bloomberg for example lives in a fairy tale world… a place of make believe where Communist dictators direct every aspect of citizens’ lives … from what and how much  they are allowed to eat and/or drink, to what  they can legally own, to what they can even think.

Mayor Bloomberg said over the weekend that President Obama should bypass Congress and by EXECUTIVE ORDER, take [dictatorial] action on gun control or thousands of people will die.  He even named a number: 48,000 people: “If he does nothing during his second term, something like 48,000 Americans will be killed with illegal guns.”  Has he lost his mind?  The reason why thousands of Americans are dying is because in many cases the crazies like Bloomberg are the only ones that are armed.  Since its gun ban in 1994, the UK’s death rate do to violent gun crime has doubled, look it up, it is now in the millions per year, all in a GUN FREE COUNTRY!  How do you think that’s working out for them?  Not to bloody good I’d say!

Why is no one looking into Bloomberg’s mental stability?  First let’s examine some of the phrases he uses: “Bypass Congress.”  “Executive Orders.”  It seems to me that Bloomberg’s view of the America Presidency is more like a Communist Dictatorship rather than an elected President of a Republic.  Of course, Bloomberg knows the only way dictators can rule people is to take away their ability to rise up and fight back against tyranny, he must have read Mien Kampf, that’s how Hitler did it, incidentally, he was considered crazy too.

NY Governor Andrew M. Cuomo said Thursday that he had started discussions with leaders of the State Legislature about new gun control measures, and that he planned to propose a package of gun legislation in his State of the State address on Jan. 9.

The New York Assembly, controlled by Democrats, has voted for a number of proposed gun control measures in recent years, only to have the legislation falter in the Senate, which has been controlled by Republicans.  (Starting next month, the Senate is to be led by a coalition of Republicans and a breakaway faction of Democrats.)  NY, second only to Illinois in gun control laws, is ironically also second in gun murders right after Illinois who is number one.  Are these people in addition to being mentally impaired, also deaf, dumb, and blind?

In the interview, Mr. Cuomo did not offer specifics about the measures he might propose, but, while discussing assault weapons, he said: “Confiscation could be an option.  Mandatory sale to the state could be an option.  Permitting could be an option — keep your gun, but permit it.”

The mere idea that the New York government could confiscate private, legally owned property that one does have a constitutional right to own is bad enough.  Cuomo, however seems to think this is actually within his power to do so…

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)—author of the original federal “assault weapon” and “large” ammunition magazine ban of 1994-2004—has announced that on the first day of the new Congress—January 3^rd— she will introduce a bill to which her 1994 ban will pale by comparison.  On Dec. 17^th, Feinstein said, “I have been working with my staff for over a year on this legislation” and “It will be carefully focused.”  Indicating the depth of her research on the issue, she said on Dec. 21^st that she had “personally looked at PICTURES of guns in 1993, and again in 2012.” 

Oh!  Well…Di-Fi looked at pictures…Twice!  It is so comforting to have a brain-dead expert in government making illegal unconstitutional laws banning guns who has looked at pictures of guns.  I have personally looked at pictures of the human brain…at least twice, maybe a hundred times; by Feinstein’s sick logic, that makes me a brain surgeon.  I think Di-Fi would be hard pressed to decide which end the bullet comes out of an assault rifle.  I know she may at least know which end the bullet comes out of a revolver because she carries one.  Kind of hypocritical don’t you think!  Incidentally the Columbine High School shooting took place in April of 1999, right smack dab in the middle of Di-Fi’s first “Assault Weapons Ban”.  Oh well… crazy people always want to do the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.

Di-Fi’s new Gun Ban that she plans to introduce on January 3^rd 2013 expands the definition of “assault weapon” by including: Three very popular rifles: The American M1 Carbine (introduced in 1944 and for many years it was sold by the federal government to individuals, a model of the Ruger Mini-14, and most or all models of the Russian SKS.  I may shortly become a felon along with approximately 68 percent of all Americans.  “Laws don’t prevent crime they create criminals” de Andréa December 2012.

The new law will ban any “semiautomatic, centerfire, or rimfire rifle that has a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds,” except for tubular-magazine .22s.

Any “semiautomatic, centerfire, or rimfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches,” any “semiautomatic handgun with a fixed magazine that has the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds,” and any semi-automatic handgun that has a threaded barrel.  The bill goes on, and on, and on, creating a whole new category of criminal, called a “constitutional criminal”.  One who is protected by the US Constitution but is condemned by illegal national laws.  It bans every gun except the assault weapon she has carried for nearly 20 years, a 38 revolver.  But of course she needs a weapon, because her life is worth more than your life, or the life of your children.

The new National gun ban will require owners of existing “assault weapons” to register them with the federal government under the National Firearms Act (NFA).  This is of course so the BATF can come to your front door with or without a warrant and confiscate your constitutionally protected arms, nearly guaranteeing the ability of the new National Dictatorship to enact the new martial law, and if by magic, over night, we will have instant tyranny. 

The bill would also include a requirement that all gun owners to be fingerprinted.  Well, there is much more to the story.  The handguns mentioned were pretty specific and if this bill is passed, you can say “Goodbye” to purchasing a new Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, M&P, H&K, or Colt among other name brands.

What is the reasoning for this?  According to Feinstein’s site:

Certain other semiautomatic rifles, handguns, shotguns that can accept a detachable magazine and have one military characteristic.

I point this out because most in the line of the above mentioned brands fit the criteria outlined in this bill.  Additionally, you’ll notice it isn’t just assault weapons or even semi-automatic handguns Feinstein mentions.  Included are shotguns with detachable magazines that have one military characteristic.  These would include pump action shotguns with magazines, as well as, semi-automatic shotguns with magazines.

You may be thinking to yourself that the weapons you already own that fit into these categories will be grandfathered in.  You would be correct.  However, as I pointed out grandfathering requires the following:

  It Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, to include:

  Background check of owner and any transferee;

  Type and serial number of the firearm;

  Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprint, you will be registered as a militant criminal.

  Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate State or local laws;

Also there is an additional tax for you to pay when you register those weapons under the National Firearms Act that you already own!  According to the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, “The NFA imposes a $200 tax per firearm.”  So, they are going to charge you a couple of hundred bucks more for every weapon you already own that falls into these categories!

So while we’ve been hearing lots about the AR-15, an excellent and accurate rifle, and the snooty remarks about how “no one needs a 30 round magazine,” no one needs’ a Lamborghini either, so are we going to outlaw everything the brain-dead legislators decide we don’t need.  The sneakiness of the Democrats on the new bill doesn’t disappoint us as Senator Feinstein has gone way beyond any of that.  The focus of late has been on the military style rifles, in the wake of the shootings recently, including the one that took place in Newtown, Connecticut.  Semi-automatic handguns have had some degree of light cast upon them as well, but the call for banning is not just about these weapons and it isn’t just about children murdered at Sandy Hook.  It’s the old adage of the “camel getting its nose in the tent.”

This is just a way for brain-damaged Democrats and anti American gun grabbers to get their foot in your door, on their way to attempt to ban and confiscate all guns.  Right now they claim to want to do it only prospectively, but should this pass and more shootings occur, there will be a push to do it retroactively.  You should wonder how they would enforce it.  If you still have the ability to think for yourself you will know that Martial Law will easily take care or that.

Should it come to that, I believe there are many Americans who will give their guns to the government.  In fact, many are doing so now for next to nothing gift cards.  Other Americans however, in the spirit of the founding fathers, will give the feds their guns….bullets first, of course.

But what will be next?  Now it’s military style rifles, semi-automatic handguns, and shotguns.  How long before revolvers are included?  What about Derringers?  How long before even a simple .22 rifle or handgun, or even a BB gun will be pushed as a “threat to society?

Do gun buybacks work?

Periodically, some cities offer a gun buyback program in an attempt to get as many guns off the streets as possible.  Cities such as Detroit, Cincinnati, Boston, San Diego and Los Angeles have tried this program.  This past week, Los Angeles  offered a $200 grocery gift card for anyone turning in an automatic weapon and a $100 gift card for handguns, rifles, and shotguns.

Generally, the police don’t ask any questions about the guns or where they came from and so no arrests are made.  In LA this past week, they asked people to place the guns in the trunk of their cars, pull up to the buyback locations, open the trunk and allow the police to remove the gun.

The preliminary count in Los Angeles yielded around 1400 guns, 49 of which were assault weapons and 477 were handguns.  Officials in Los Angeles and other cities with buyback programs say the programs are a success and help to keep the streets safer, but are those claims really true?

According to the National Research Council of the National Academies report (Firearms and Violence: A Critical Review) in 2004, the buyback programs’ effect on crime rates is negligible at best.  Their studies showed that many of the guns turned in are old, inherited from previous owners, and/or are in need of serious repair.  None of the guns were found to be useful or used in crimes.  Not in this century anyway!

I wonder just how many criminals turned in their guns.  Likely none!  There was however an increase in home break-ins and gun thefts just prior to the buyback program, and many of those guns were recovered in the program.  The conclusion can only be that the gun buyback program actually served to promote an increase in criminal break-ins and thefts just so the criminals could get the money from the police without any questions being asked.  Therefore, the police were promoting crime and serving as a fence for stolen merchandise.  

The only positive effect there is from gun buyback programs is that it makes the city officials look like they are doing something worthwhile to help prevent crime, even though they may actually be increasing crime.  Other than that, the programs are useless or negative and should be stopped before any more houses are burglarized for their antique useless guns.

Awr Hawkins is right: “If we are foolish enough to embrace a ban on any weapon in the coming Congress then we are unwittingly embracing a ban on every weapon.”  Moreover, we are subsequently banning all God given rights, because even as our present bureaucrats are suffering from Political Brain-damage, at least our Framers new that an armed Citizenry was “necessary for the Security of a free State”, and therefore necessary for the security of a public school…

“The primary-school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, approximately 45 miles from the Colt Arms Factory, is just another one in the long line of government psyops designed to persuade the public to allow the government to take away their guns, and their means to defend themselves against the government and the banksters that the politicians really serve.

The small children murders are designed to create hysterical emotions in women to get them to demand that guns are banned. If that doesn’t work they will continue with their evil agenda with worse and worse atrocities on younger children, until they get their way and disarm the people, so that they cannot fight back against government tyranny.

Newtown is the U.S.A.’s Dunblane, which was orchestrated in Scotland in 1996 by the British establishment, to whip up hysteria in order to ban all handguns from the U.K. It was a follow-up to the Hungerford Massacre in England in 1987, which was carried out by mind-controlled Michael Ryan, who then shot himself so he could not be questioned, and it was used to ban semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.

It’s always the same people behind it – the gun-grabbers who want the people to be defenceless against the gun-grabbers’ employers – the banksters who own all of the politicians.  They get their politicians to pass legislation for them, in order to remove the people’s freedoms and means of defending themselves, and enslave them in a draconian police-state, under a mountain of debt, and then exterminate the useless-eaters.

The Dunblane  massacre was supposedly carried out by Thomas Hamilton, who was a paedophile and procurer of children, for a high level paedophile ring involving senior members of the Tony Blair Labour-Party shadow-cabinet and others. The massacre served two purposes, it achieved their desired handgun-ban and killed the abused children, so they could not be witnesses against the elite-paedophiles. They then had the findings of the inquiry sealed for 100 years, which is proof of the above.

Like Newtown there were two shooters, Hamilton and a hit-man who shot Hamilton and made it look like Hamilton committed suicide after shooting 16 children, so that he couldn’t be questioned .  Hamilton was found in the school gymnasium slumped against a wall and still gurgling, when an off-duty policeman PC Grant McCutcheon entered the gym and saw two semi-automatic pistols, one on either side of Hamilton’s body.

The autopsy revealed that Hamilton was killed with a .38 revolver. These people always slip-up with their crimes. There was no .38 revolver for him to have shot himself with. Thus, there was a second shooter who killed Hamilton.

Similarly, the first reports from Newtown were of two shooters, just like mind-controlled James Holmes in the Denver Batman Cinema massacre, the story then quickly changes to just one.

Columbine was similar, in that a team of shooters in black outfits were seen there and the two accused were on mind-altering prescription-drugs.

Wake up and see the pattern and their modus operandi and don’t fall for it. Never let them take your guns, except from your cold dead hands.

All of these are staged events to whip-up hysterical public support for banning the people from having guns. It works the same in every country – Hungerford in England, Dunblane in Scotland, Port Arthur in Australia and the list in America is endless, because of the Second Amendment and the people having a pro-gun culture. That makes it much more difficult to break the Americans’ love of guns and the Second Amendment, which was put in place to protect the people from the government.

Gun bans work well for tyrants. They worked well for Hitler, Stalin and Chairman Mao, to name just three.

If you want to stop these massacres, wake-up and get rid of the banksters, their puppet-politicians and all gun-grabbers; arm teachers and ban gun-free zones.

A Columbine father - 12 years later sent by one of my readers!

Guess our national leaders didn't expect this, hmm?

Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton , Colorado , was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee.  What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully honest.

They were not prepared for what he had to say, nor was it received very well.  But It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert!  These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal.  There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness...  The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers."

"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used... Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart."

"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent.

I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best."

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer..
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!

Men and women are three-part beings.  We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc.  Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.

As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge... Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone!

My daughter's death will not be in vain!  The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"
