Are you ready…ready to wake up in an America where your family is defenseless against enemies foreign or domestic defenseless against the tyranny of your own destructive government?  Or a self-appointed International Government. This reality is right around the corner my friend. 

'One day' after his reelection, Wednesday morning, Barack Obama signaled the United Nations that he was now ready to sign an “International Arms Treaty” to strip you' of your Second Amendment Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.  I warned you my friend, Here, and as far back as Hear. 

What does that mean to individual Americans, gun bearers or not?  It means’ my friend, not only the loss of your Second Amendment right to possess a fire arm,  but you will lose the ability to protect and secure ‘every’ right and freedom of liberty you enjoy…forever.

Obama’s move to sign a United Nations’ Gun Ban Treaty will hopefully escalate the peoples’ effort for seceding from America, and/or bring about an impeachment.

This World Gun Confiscation of the UN is not a new plot.  The United Nations made earlier attempts during the administration of former President George W. Bush.  But, President Bush soundly rejected the measure because he was educated not indoctrinated like Obama.  Now, our Robotic Communist Muslim Dictator Obama, fresh off of this presidential win, feels dictatorially emboldened to go forward with his design to unilaterally dismember the guaranteed constitutional rights and documented protections the citizens of this nation are endowed with.

Do you feel comfortable with the idea that the U.S. State Department under the control of Secretary Hillary Clinton will truly represent your interest?  What about her possible replacement nominee, America’s United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice?  This is the same Ambassador Rice’s who went on five television network shows to lie and cover up the truth of what happened to four Americans murdered on 9/11 in Benghazi, Libya.  The Same Ambassador Rice that was involved along with Obama in the refused security to the Benghazi consulate since April of this year.

Where does that leave Americans?

The real question is, what are you prepared to do in order to defend your family’s rights?  Will you just tap you foot and wait to see what happens?  Or will you take the necessary steps to make certain that you will not have to wait and see if United Nations gun control officials knock at your door, demanding “Guns, license and registration, please!”

The right to control your arms is not open for debate or negotiation.  “…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”  It is the law… It is a sovereign inalienable God given right that no government, foreign organization, including the United Nations or the United States has any right or authority to undertake, just because a Communist Muslim president gives the go ahead.  The president nor the government or even the constitution does not give you your rights and therefore they cannot be taken away by them.  The Constitution only documents some of your rights as the Ninth Amendment states.  They come from a higher authority as the Declaration states. 

Consider the probability that we may lose sight of our rights because ‘we’ have lost sight of the Higher Authority that has given them to us…

When any president decides to destroy the nation’s U.S. constitutionally documented rights afforded its citizens, which he has sworn to uphold, he no longer has the authority to represent the nation’s citizens.  

He must be impeached!

The U.S. Constitution says with great clarity in Article II, Section 4:
“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”  The evidence demands a verdict.

Your signed petitions for impeachment should be forwarded to John Boehner, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.  The impeachment process begins in the House of Representatives according to Article I, Section 2: “The House of Representatives . . . shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.”

You do not need the permission of the White House nor do you need the permission of the alphabet soup communist media to determine your course of action to demand the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama.  Just develop a list of particulars that petitioners in all fifty states will sign.  The secessionist movement has already gotten the ball rolling.  Just get on the ball…

Nearly a Million petitioners representing all fifty states, including battleground states like Ohio have signed to secede from the union.  This is far more serious than a group of Hollywood actors and entertainers who threatened to vacate, and move to Canada after President Bush was reelected in 2004.  I offered to help them move at the time!

This is a significant and determined first step in the process to take back this nation from a tyrannical president who has demonstrated numerous actions to violate his oath of office and circumvent the U.S. Constitution.

Our impeachment law, for the purpose of clarification, comes from English law, and was used in a 1640 case against Thomas Wentworth Earl of Strafford.  He had, “traitorously endeavored to subvert the Fundamental Law and Government of the Realms . . . and instead thereof, to introduce Arbitrary and Tyrannical Government against Law.”

We shouldn’t be a bit surprised about this.  Obama promised to “Fundamentally Change America” in his campaign speeches in 2008 and now Obama has done exactly that and moved to subvert the fundamental laws and government of the United States, by refusing for example to enforce DOMA which is congressional legislation passed and signed into law by President Bill Clinton.  He has issued an executive order which circumvents federal immigration law, granting twelve million illegal immigrants the right to be protected from removal which the law demands.  And he on numerous occasions has treasonously supported the enemy of this nation.  These are just a couple of the many actions he has taken to subvert U.S. Constitutional law.  So in plain English, President Obama should face impeachable offenses that can only be determined in the House of Representatives.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Begin right now to take your first steps of many to protect the integrity of all of your U.S. Constitutional rights.  Today, tonight and tomorrow consider what are you prepared to do, to protect your family and the future of your freedom?  If you chose to sit on your hands you will most certainly loose everything!  Everything that everyone who came before you fought and gave their lives for.  One right you do not have is the right to throw it all away; it is not yours to squander.  It is your responsibility to protect the precious Freedom that so many millions have laid down their lives to secure.  And that my friend is why our unselfish Forefathers chose to document the right to keep and bear arms in the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.  A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Just Goggle, “Impeach Obama petitions” and “Session petitions”.  Find one that suits your fancy and add your name to it, only your first name and indicial are required, so Obama’s personal Fema SS Gestapo army won’t come to blow up your house… He has already set up the powers of Martial law. 

I what to once again make this perfectly clear my friend…  The Second Amendment has nothing whatsoever to do with HUNTING, TARGET SHOOTING, HOBBIES, COLLECTING, ART, or even CRIME PREVENTION or SELF-DEFENSE; you will not find any of those mentioned in the constitution, anywhere!  Not to say that all those things may be important, but after the architects of the constitution were finished, they recognized not only the importance of a Free State, but the “…necessity to the security of a Free State”.  And it is the God given right to ARMS (the sword) documented in the Second Amendment that secures that FREE STATE!  If we lose the Second Amendment, we lose our Freedom!
