Roberts feels the pressure and talks about holding up in an impenetrable fortress on the Island of Malta

In the wake of his decisive vote upholding Obamacare, Chief Justice John Roberts said now that the Supreme Court has finished its session, he will go to an "impregnable island fortress.”

Roberts made the remarks during an appearance on a panel at a judicial conference in Pennsylvania, The Hill reported.  He was asked if he planned to go to Disney World now that the Court was no longer in session.  He said Instead he planned to teach a class in Malta, an island nation in the Mediterranean, south of Italy.  “Malta, as you know, is an impregnable island fortress.  It seemed like a good idea,” he joked to the 300 or so judges and attorneys in the audience.  Roberts has come under intense fire from conservatives for siding with the liberal left socialist wing of the Supreme Court in the ruling announced Thursday that upheld President Barack Obama's healthcare initiative.  He may not be in his right mind…

Here is yet another possible reason for Roberts insane decision.  Something not reported, is the use of mind-altering drugs to treat Roberts’s seizures that could possibly explain why the Bush-appointed Chief Justice John Roberts upheld Obamacare Thursday along with four of his liberal socialist colleagues.

Roberts shocked most analysts by siding with Justices Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Elena Kagan who should have recused herself, and Sonia Sotomayor in a 5-4 decision and becoming the swing voter instead of Kennedy, upholding the lynchpin provision of the president’s signature legislation, the so-called individual mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act.

Oh!  So you don’t believe me about the mind altering drug story huh!

Okay check out Roberts history with epilepsy, in a New York Times article in August 2007.  The article said that after Roberts suffered a seizure, doctors were weighing whether to treat him with powerful drugs with “troubling side effects,” including mental problems and forgetfulness.

Roberts had suffered a seizure 14 years earlier.  “The seizures meet the criteria for epilepsy”, the Times report said, because they were “unprovoked,” meaning that they were not caused by a head injury, a drug reaction or another known factor.  A neurologist said that Roberts’ cognition would be affected by taking epilepsy medicine.

I’m going to tell you something that you’re not going to hear anywhere else, that you must pay close attention to…It’s well known that Roberts, has suffered from epileptic seizures.  Therefore he has been on medication.  If you look at Roberts’ writings you can see the cognitive disassociation in what he is saying.  Roberts has no logic in what he has said or did.  He said the law is a tax, but if the law wasn’t written as a tax, how can it be a tax?

The Obama administration argued that the law’s mandate for individuals to buy health insurance was based on the power given to Congress under the Commerce Clause to regulate interstate trade.  The administration, including President Obama himself, had vehemently argued that the mandate was not a tax.  Watch a clip  and a video interview in 2009.

While most pundits had believed the Supreme Court would strike down the mandate, I thought that Roberts just might uphold Obamacare.  I based that on the fact that Roberts read the majority opinion in the recent Arizona immigration law case, which backed the Obama administration in striking down most of the law except for the most basic part of it.

While we now have no other choice, many conservatives have been misled into believe that if you elect a Republican, things will change.  Things may seem to improve but things will not change, not without a major revolution they won’t.  The damage is far too great and has been in the works too long just to be able to turn it around.

Let me remind you, Roberts is the spawn of George W. Bush, a so-called conservative, Roberts is a compromised Supreme Court justice. 

Obamacare if not overturned, will bankrupt America.  Who is going to pay for the fraud, the waste, and corruption called Obamacare?  Will it be the same people who are failing to control Medicare and Medicaid that now are in charge of trying to control Obamacare?  Let me know how that works out.

A plan to get rid of Obamacare

Obamacare could have possibly been overturned by citing the Schechter brothers U.S. Supreme Court case decided during the Franklin Roosevelt administration in 1935.

Under FDR’s social communist-style “New Deal” regulations, customers could buy a whole or half coop of chickens but could not select particular birds.  The policy conflicted with the religious beliefs and practices of the Jewish Schechter brothers.  Under kosher laws, unhealthy animals must be removed from the stock.  A lower court found the four brothers guilty of allowing their customers to buy individual chickens, and they served jail time.  Ultimately, however, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the brothers, holding that FDR’s regulations exceeded congressional power under the Commerce Clause, and violated first Amendment rights.

Justice Louis Brandeis remarked at the time: “This is the end of this business of centralization, and I want you to go back and tell the president that we’re not going to let this government centralize everything.”  Oh Justice Brandeis where are you when we need you…

The same message should and could have been sent to the Supreme Court.  The Schechters’ lawyers at the lower court could have taken another track and won on the grounds that their religious freedom was being violated. 

Under Obamacare, there are exemptions for various religious groups, such as the Amish and Christian Scientists.  So I urge other religious groups to find their own grounds for exemption until there are so many exempted from the system, it won’t be able to sustain itself.  Example the Catholics already have a suit against Obama regarding abortion and birth control.  Watch Michelle Malkin and Sean Hannity on “Catholics call to witness”

THE BOTTOM LINE:  Well there is more than one way to tar and feather a president and send him on his way out of town!  Go back to Kenya or Indonesia or Pakistan or wherever you came from, and oh!  Don’t come back…

Yeah!  We don’t know where he was born; we don’t know where he came from, or where he has been.  We don’t know which one of these names are really his, is it Berry Sorento, Harrison J Bounel, Barack Mineir Ubayd, Stanly Dunham, or is it really Barack Hussein Obama?  But now we know what he is.  He is a Corrupt Muslim Communist…
