In the wake of an Ohio State bill called the Heartbeat Bill which makes abortion illegal at the first sign of a heartbeat,Senator Roger Wicker (R-MS) is sponsoring the "Life at Conception Act" Federal Bill (S.91), which goes one step farther and defines personhood from the moment of conception. Sen. Wicker has 13 co-sponsors thus far.
In Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun's 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling, he wrote that "if personhood is established, the appellant's case (i.e., 'Roe'), of course collapses, for the fetus' right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] amendment."
Under S.91, a "human person" and a "human being" includes every individual at all stages of life, including, but not limited to, the moment of fertilization, cloning and any other moment at which an individual...comes into being."
If this bill is enacted into law, it will not only provide protection for unborn babies, but it will follow the path that Justice Blackmun laid out 38 years ago for overturning Roe v. Wade. An act of judicial activism that has led to the deaths of more than 53 million babies, before, and many after, they have drawn their first breath. Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) has also attached a parallel bill of the equal protection act (14th Amendment) in the House to (H.R.374) which currently has 53 co-sponsors.

Send an email to your Senators and your Representative and either thank him/her for co-sponsoring S.91 or H.R.374 or urge him/her to vote for it if he/she is not a co-sponsor.
