Frankenstein, I’m sorry…Senator Diane Feinstein asks the Obama regime to yet again, tighten import restrictions on semi-automatic rifles.
I guarantee you ‘Nanny Di’ doesn’t know a Semi-auto from a garter belt, and knows even less, or much less cares about the Constitution. She is only interested in advancing her agenda of tyranny.
When reading the article below, I want you to understand a few things. The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Gestapo, otherwise known as the BATFE, is illegal under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution as are most of Federal departments according to the 10th Amendment.
That being said the FBATFEG started as the ATF and like all federal government agencies, as long as you continue to feed them, they will not only not go away, but they will continue to grow and grow and grow. The ATF was originally part of the IRS special taxes division, so it was covered under the sixteenth Amendment. However, the ATF just sort of grew from a tax collection administrative department into a “Paramilitary Gestapo”. No --- I mean they actually have their own military and they make up their own rules as they go along, which will become selfevident as you read this article.
The ATF, now called the BATFE, or as I call it the FBATFEG, gosh even the name has grown; it is now a Gestapo regulatory agency, with its own military enforcers. It regulates among other things Fire Arms. Isn’t it interesting that the Second Amendment says “…the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Guess what! Regulating is restricting and restricting is infringing! One doesn’t need to be a lawyer to figure that out. So it’s not a matter of crime, safety, or even misunderstanding the right, it’s just a matter of tyranny, power, and control.
So let me recap: The ATF according to law, is restricted to collecting special taxes. But it not only illegally makes law but it makes unconstitutional law, and I almost forgot, it also has it very own personal illegal army, yes tanks and everything which it uses by the way against its own citizens which is also illegal, to enforce its own illegal laws. Take a breath!
So in a nutshell the whole FBATFEG is illegal, except of course for the special tax collecting part. Oh, the first ‘F’ and the last G, it means Federal Gestapo, something I unconstitutionally just added.
Oh! And be aware that there are no words like “Sporting” or “Hunting” or “assault weapons” or “Magazines” or even “target practice” in the second Amendment. Those words don’t even appear in the main body of the Constitution. Maybe it’s because the Second Amendment, “the right to keep and bear arms”, was for “…the security of a free State…” as it says, and not for playing around. Maybe we should use our arms for their intended purpose to reestablish our rights and freedom while we still have them. The founders knew that if we lose our arms, we lose our freedom, that’s why they included the clause --- [this right] “…shall not be infringed”. Roughly translated it means “Don’t touch the right” moreover, don’t even think about it!
So with that in mind here’s the story:
On Tuesday last, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) sent a letter to our Muslim Dictator Barack Hussein Obama, urging him to have the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Gestapo review its interpretation of the illegal federal law that regulates the importation of firearms. Referring to the clause "generally recognized as particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes," to adopt a narrower interpretation of this law. (they don’t have the authority to interpret law). Feinstein claimed, it would help reduce violence in Mexico and the United States. It’s a shame that someone as intelligent as she is, is so anti-freedom, anti-American, useless and ignorant.
As the Supreme Court said in District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), "the Second Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms primarily for self-defense". This means the "sporting purposes" limitation imposed by the Gun Control Act of 1968 has been rendered unconstitutional. What makes matters worse is that BATFE repeatedly misinterprets and misrepresents the law to serve its own “hate free America”, political ends, which is precisely what Di Fi has in mind.
In 1993, President Clinton made the BATF play politics with federal law, in order to ban the importation of so-called "assault pistols." Such pistols had long been approved for importation because they garnered enough points under BATF's longstanding "Handgun Factoring Criteria," which assigns point values to handgun features and characteristics such as weight, caliber, and sights. To ban the pistols, BATF simply disregarded the criteria. I suppose, if we can’t expect the Government agencies to obey the unconstitutional illegal laws that they just make up as they go along, we surly can’t expect them to pay any attention to the foundation of all law, the constitution itself.
In 1998, the BATF Gestapo arbitrarily and illegally went further on rifles, banning the importation of previously importable semi-automatics that are capable of using a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds. BATF claimed that its action was justified because the federal "assault weapon" ban of 1994 had prohibited new magazines of over 10 rounds capacity. Of course, the 1994 ban didn't prohibit rifles on the basis of their ability to use such magazines. Then Clinton bragged, "We're taking the law and bending it just as far as we can." So if you still believe our Federal Government has any respect for the law, especially constitutional law, then I would like to see if I could interest you in buying a golden bridge I have for sale cheap, located at the north end of San Francisco California.
Of course, while the BATFE deserves to be indicted for its repeated violations of the law, and Feinstein deserves criticism for encouraging yet another blatant violation, the primary problem beside total anti-Americanism and disregard for constitutional freedom, is the law's "sporting purpose" limitation. Imposed in 1968, in the pre-Right-to-Carry and pre-Heller days, when government enjoyed a near monopoly on the ban of armed defense outside a person's home, this entire unconstitutional law is ripe for a remedy in Congress or the courts. Truthfully I don’t understand why the NRA and other Second Amendment advocates don’t just ban together, pool their resources, and go the Supreme Court over the basic “Infringement Clause” do away with all restrictions on arms completely… and then totally throw the book at anyone that commits a crime with one.

Accordingly, the ATF has already issued a "secretarial emergency order" of its own, that requires any store that sells more than two rifles within a five-day period to report the names, addresses, and serial numbers of those transactions if the firearms are greater than .22-caliber, or semi-automatic, or with the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
This is a precursor step in the forced illegal registration of weapons in the United States. The ATF has exceeded is regulatory authority by ordering the registration of firearms for any reason. This is by the way, again without Congressional authority or approval…
THE BOTTOM LINE: Recently, and yes, for the first time in the history of America, the Constitution was read before the whole body of Congress, amazing, the entire thing, all three or four pages of it. It is also likely that it was the first time in history that most members of Congress had even heard the words of this document. It’s no wonder that our government is in total violation of the Law. Come to think of it, I can’t think of a single thing that the federal government is, does, or doesn’t do, that is legal anymore. This Government is corrupt. How corrupt is it? It is so corrupt that if we stopped catching street criminals, released all the prisoners in jails and penitentiaries, and instead put every government official in Washington in jail, the country would be much better off.
