Contrary to the Federal Constitution, requiring that only elected legislators can make law --- the BATF has issued an "emergency order"(as it is called), requiring any store in any U.S. state that sells more than two rifles within a five-day period to report to the BATF, the names, addresses and serial numbers of those transactions if the firearms are greater than .22-caliber, or semi-automatic, or with the ability to accept a detachable magazine.
Did you hear about this beforehand? Of course you didn’t, this is how a dictatorship works, no approval by anyone except the dictator. What ever happened to “The Government By and For The People”. It’s gone my friend! It happened while you were complacently sleeping.

If it's so important, and necessary for national security, why didn't Obama allow Congress to vote on it? Because Congress wouldn't have touched it, that’s why. And if it's all in the name of border security, as he insists, why ‘does it’ apply to ‘every state’ and not just ‘border states’?
This illegal regulation took effect Wednesday, January 5th 2011! So who is this new BATF director? None other than anti-gun zealot Andrew F. Traver part of Obama’s Chicago mob, the political remnants of the Capone era.
Please stop RIGHT NOW and contact every Member of Congress. Tell them you OBJECT to Obama taking away your Constitutional freedoms! You are still the only thing that stands in the way of Obama's radical agenda to turn this nation into an oppressive dictatorship, but if you don’t act soon, you will loose that power completely.
Obama is attempting to destroy fundamental, individual rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution---but it shouldn't surprise you, because he's done nothing but illegally "regulate" us to death since he's been in office.
The Obama administration has known about this ATF proposal for months, but they kept it quiet, knowing that people like you and me would be outraged.
Don't wait! You don't want to wake up sometime tomorrow and find out that Obama has taken away ‘all’ of your rights!
Barack Obama is openly hostile to American fundamentalism and the U.S. Constitution. He has chosen Andrew F. Traver, a very strong Chicago style, anti-Second Amendment as the BATF head for an administrative job that has far more influence over the practical exercise of the Second Amendment rights than any other job in the country.
Now that very agency is going to require stores to report their sales transactions! You can be sure this is only the beginning of a National Gun Registry, which will hand in hand, lead to a National Gun Ban that is already in process with the coming Obama-UN treaty to control fire arms internationally, again bypassing congressional approval. Total Citizen Disarmament.
This illegal regulation is already in effect and unless there is IMMEDIATE and VEHEMENT objection from Members of Congress and the public, it will stand.
So, don't wait, contact your Congressional Representative RIGHT NOW and tell them to stop this assault on our freedom!
Mexican President Felipe Calderon has repeatedly blamed the U.S. for Mexico's problems with violence, despite evidence to the contrary. Now Obama is taking away freedoms from legitimate, law-abiding citizens while he ignores our open borders and tramples all over the Constitution---all in the name of "security."
Obama spent the month of December trying to push amnesty for millions of illegal aliens through Congress, and NOW he's all of a sudden concerned about border security?

Each year, citizen’s firearms are used 60 times more often to legally protect the lives of honest citizens than to illegally take innocent lives. But Obama would rather treat us all as criminals, and bow to the rhetoric of another country, than honor our own Constitution. The time for action is now.

The problem is that all of the issues seem small, but together they surreptitiously and incrementally move toward the complete loss of freedom, one small step at a time. We will all wake up one morning, watch the network news, read the morning headlines, and wonder how can they do that? What happened to all of our rights?
Then faced with the same dilemma that our Forefathers faced in the 1700’s, ‘we’ however, will not have the wherewithal to do anything about it, because we will have been surreptitiously and incrementally ‘disarmed’.
