Rep. Sue Myrick, a Mc Carthyist?

North Carolina Representative Sue Myrick, co-founder of the House Anti-terrorism Caucus, is a courageous public servant and passionate defender of our national security. She understands some of the multiple ways in which Islam threatens America and she has been willing to defy “Political Correctness and speak out about this threat.

Rep. Myrick addressed the legislative briefing on ACT for America last year in Washington; they were honored to present her with their 2009 Patriot Award. But public servants like Rep. Myrick receive other things as well, such as the name-calling and smear tactics that distinguish the propaganda playbook of Islamic terrorist and their brain washed liberal apologists.

In the story below, North Carolina State Senator Larry Shaw trots out the tired epithet of “McCarthyism” about which State Senator Larry Shaw obviously knows little about.

Mr. Shaw is also the national chairman of CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations— part of the Terrorist organization the Muslim Brotherhood, the unindicted co-conspirator organization whom the FBI has finally severed official ties with just a year ago. After months of warning that Muslim terrorists are infiltrating mainstream groups, U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick was to meet Thursday with Muslim constituents to explain her position. Sue Myrick has said Islamic terrorists are working their way into U.S. Muslim communities, infiltrating government institutions and influencing American citizens to attack their own country.

"I want people to be aware of the fact that it does exist and it is a threat to our national security," said Myrick, who serves on the House Intelligence Committee. "It could be an American citizen that could be radicalized by one way or another."

Myrick still ignorant about the full agenda of Islam said she wants constituents to understand that her concerns aren't about the rising visibility of the Islamic faith. "We live in the United States of America, where we have freedom of religion for everybody,"

She doesn’t understand is that the Muslim faith is to overthrow all world governments by force an violence. It is simply the agenda of Muslims not just a very few extremists.

Myrick said. her view was strengthened by top-secret briefings from U.S. intelligence officials that she said she could not discuss the details. "There's a threat out there to our security," Myrick said. "It's worse than I thought."

Unfortunately Ms. Myrick it is still worse than you think.

She has proposed fighting Islamic radicalization by cutting off exchange programs and weapons sales with Saudi Arabia, passing legislation that would make it a treasonous offense to call for the death of American citizens and investigating the selection of Arabic translators.

Some conservatives have applauded her views, but Muslims say they fear Myrick's tone endangers their community. I say good! If they don’t like it --- then go back to the Middle east.

"It's looking like she's taking on a tinge of McCarthyism, and this is dangerous," said state Sen. Larry Shaw, "She's becoming a hatemonger. And that's sad. This is an intelligent woman, and I think she's a good woman."

Besides being a state senator Shaw is Black Muslim and the national chairman for the terrorist organization Council of American-Islamic Relations, a so-called civil rights and charitable group. Myrick has accused CAIR of planting terrorist spies on Capitol Hill by trying to get Muslim interns hired in congressional offices.

Last fall she wrote the foreword to a new book, "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Seeking to Islamize America," which accuses CAIR and other Muslim groups of conspiring to support international jihad against the United States.

Myrick has said “her fears about infiltration were realized this past November, when Army Maj. Nidal Hasan killed 13 people at Fort Hood, Texas”. Hasan, a psychiatrist, had trained colleagues on how to handle Muslims in the military. The FBI had been monitoring contact between Hasan and a radical Yemeni-American cleric.

Some so-called experts disagree with Myrick's view that radicalized Islamic Americans present a growing terrorism threat. A study released last month by researchers at Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill found hundreds of Muslim-Americans involved in terrorism incidents since Sept. 11, 2001. "We have a problem," said David Schanzer, lead author of the study and director of the Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security. "It's important to keep it in perspective in its size and dangerousness, which I think are generally overblown."

THE BOTTOM LINE: Please don’t misunderstand -- I support Reprehensive Sue Myrick in her fight against the worst enemy America has ever had in the longest war-- America has ever had. Sue Myrick understands what she understands. By her own admission she just learned this past November that Islam has been in the process of infiltrating America for the past 30 years. She said, “her fears about infiltration were realized this past November, when Army Maj. Nidal Hasan killed 13 people at Fort Hood, Texas”. Hopefully Rep Myrick will continue to come to the realization that the agenda of Islam is and has been and always will be to make America an Islamic State.

Ms. Myrick however still hangs onto the ignorant blind programming that every American has been indoctrinated with to one degree or another, and that is… Islam is somehow separated from their own religious ideology. Saying she wants constituents to understand that her concerns aren't about the rising visibility of the Islamic faith. Despite her willingness to lay her public career on the line speaking out against Islamic Jihad she doesn’t understand that the religion of Islam ‘is’ Jihad.

"There's a threat out there to our security," Myrick said. "It's worse than I thought."
