Constitutionalists Are Subversives

According to Cass Sunstein Obama’s new Regulatory Czar, People who believe in the U.S. Constitution should be regarded as enemies of the State

By de Andréa

In a belief shared by many left wing liberal Socialist Democrats including Janet Napolitano head of Homeland Security --- Cass Sunstein another Obama Czar has come under fire recently for suggesting that it would be a good idea to deploy federal agents to "cognitively infiltrate" ‘Right wing’ political groups that he says believe in Constitutional conspiracy theories. "Cognitive infiltration" is just a fancy way to describe downright Orwellian implications, summoning visions of disinformation campaigns, and agent’s provocateurs.

Cass Sunstein, is a long-time University of Chicago law professor (he has since moved on to (HSII) Harvard Socialist Indoctrinational Institution), and is currently serving as director/Czar of the United States Office of (subversive) Information and (subversive) Regulatory Affairs. (Emphasis and sarcasm is of course is mine)

So, if you believe that Socialist - Democrats or Muslim - Obama want a socialist or fascist state, so the government can infiltrate, with spies, into your organization then you are a constitutional conspiracy nut, and Obama's people want to listen in on all your cell phone conversations. No privacy in America is the Obama creed. See story here.

In that case, the Obama administration has argued that warrantless tracking is permitted because he says Americans are not allowed any "reasonable expectation of privacy" in their person--or at least in their cell phones. U.S. Department of Justice lawyers say, "Citizens Fourth Amendment rights are not violated when the phone company reveals your records to the government that show where your mobile device placed and received calls."

Only a totalitarian régime would be so afraid of free American citizens.

Is ones belief in the U.S. Constitution, a conspiracy theory? To Obama it appears to be.

Obama is opposing both economic and personal freedom. Is this the change he talked about in his campaign? Yes, this is what one should have expected from someone indoctrinated by Muslims, mentored by Frank Davis, Saul Alinsky, who is friends with terrorist Bill Ayres, and whose "spiritual” advisor is the well known America hater, and Black Muslim Terrorists leader, Jeremiah Wright.

News commentator Glenn Beck once called Sunstein "the most dangerous man in America”. Now the most dangerous man in the free world is the imam of Kenya, Barrack Hussein Obammah.

Obama is trying to get Congress to adopt South Carolina’s 1952 State Subversives Act as Federal law. Now that **Constitutionalists, have been identified by this administration as subversive enemies of the State -- this could mean that Constitutional Conservatives may have to register as subversive enemies of the state or go to jail and be fined up to $25,000.

(** those that believe that the U.S. Constitution is the highest law of the land, by which all other laws should be scrutinized,)

Could this be the position our 'Forefathers' found themselves in after they signed the Declaration of Independence? Of course, freedom was considered idealistic, subversive and advocating the overthrow of the government. It is exactly what is going on here and now. Constitutionalism, freedom, inalienable rights, capitalism, right to life, moral Christian values all are once again considered subversive, anti-government, and therefore advocating the overthrow of the U.S. Government. .

Trust me now, beginning in November of this year, and on into the year 2012, we had better overthrow this government or we will be right back where we started --- in Europe in the 1500’s.

Bloggers have been having fun in recent days with the state law in South Carolina that requires "subversives" to register with the state or face a possible fine of $25,000 and a jail term of 10 years.

The act states anyone who advocates overthrowing the government of the U.S. "shall register with the secretary of state."

The law, which has been on the books since 1952, does however allow specifically for freedom of speech to criticize the government, and could be used today to enhance the prosecution of anyone suspected of terror-related crimes. But wait until the Obama dynasty gets a hold of it and federalizes it.

The State law is fairly brief, citing penalties of up to $25,000 in fines and/or 10 years in jail for failing to comply with the requirement that "every subversive organization and organization subject to foreign control shall register with the secretary of state on forms prescribed by him within 30 days after coming into existence in this state."

The law defines "subversives" as "every corporation, society, association, camp, group, bund, political party, assembly, body or organization, composed of two or more persons, which directly or indirectly advocates, advises, teaches or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, of this state or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means."

Some bloggers argue the law seems to conflict with the Declaration of Independence' statement that it is the right of citizens to overthrow a government that has become corrupt and abusive.

Gene McCaskill, the senior executive assistant in the state attorney general's office, said the law was adopted at the height of the "Red Scare," the public concern in the 1950s over the advance of communism. It may have been enacted to address concerns about communists infiltrating the United States. Well guess what? Their here! They are in the White House, and in the Congress, and in…

McCaskill said the law as it was written is very much a valid statute in today's war on terror that could be used to prosecute anyone suspected of terror-related acts. "If someone were charged with an act of terrorism, he also could be charged under this law."

McCaskill also said the act itself protects freedom of speech for critics of government.
The law itself states, "Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to authorize, require or establish censorship or to limit in any way or infringe upon freedom of the press or of speech as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and no regulation shall be promulgated hereunder having that effect."

South Carolina Secretary of State Mark Hammond said that in his research on the law, he found only one instance in which a filing was submitted to his office, and that happened just days ago. "I think that a lot of people are having fun with this," he said. "I think a lot of people felt like this was a new piece of legislation, to have fun, to try to raise questions."

The only filing on record under the state's "Subversive Agent Form" is from Steve Kempf, who gives an address in Grove City, Ohio. He checked the "yes" box when asked, "Do you or your organization directly or indirectly advocate, advise, teach or practice the duty or necessity of controlling, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, the state of South Carolina or any political division thereof?" "I believe the United States is headed for Theocracy. In order to circumvent this, I have proposed counter-measures. These include, but are not limited to: Kicking republicans (sic) present, laughing during speeches made by such fools (sic)," the application states.

Hammond said it came with a $5 payment for the registration, as required by law. The registration was stamped by the state Feb. 10, 2010

This being said, could this law be federally perverted, and be used against ordinary American citizens? The issue of government crackdowns on speech and ideology is anything but a joking matter. Read on.

The Missouri documents
WorldNetDaily reported last year when a state agency in Missouri identified individuals with "radical" ideologies based on Christian views, such as opposing illegal immigration, abortion, and federal taxes, as potential terrorists.

The Missouri documents, as they came to be called, the group said, "attempted to politicize police and cast suspicion on millions of Americans. They listed over 32 characteristics police should watch for as signs or links to domestic terrorists, which could threaten police officers, court officials, and infrastructure targets."

Police were instructed to look for Americans who were concerned about unemployment, taxes, illegal immigration, gangs, border security, abortion, high costs of living, gun restrictions, FEMA, the IRS, The Federal Reserve, and the North American Union, in other words, Conservatives --- the majority of U.S. citizens.

The 'Missouri Documents' also said potential domestic terrorists might like gun shows, short wave radios, combat movies, movies with white male heroes, Tom Clancy novels, and Presidential Candidates Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and Chuck Baldwin!

The Napolitano Documents
The Missouri controversy was just the tip of the iceberg, however. WorldNet Daily reported only weeks later when a Department of Homeland Security report Janit Napelitano head of Homeland Security, warned about the possibility of violence by unnamed "right-wing extremists" concerned about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of U.S. sovereignty and singled out Christians and returning war veterans as particular threats.

The document, first reported by former Mayor of San Diego Ca Roger Hedgecock, now a talk-radio host and WND columnist, went on to suggest worsening economic woes, potential new legislative restrictions on firearms and the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities has lead to political unrest.

The report from DHS' Office of Intelligence and Analysis defined right-wing extremism in the U.S. as "divided into those groups, movements and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups) and those that are mainly anti-government, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration."

Most notable was the report's focus on the impact of returning war veterans. "Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to right-wing extremists," it said. "DHS is concerned that right-wing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize veterans in order to boost their violent capacities.” Boy! Are they running scared or what?

THE BOTTOM LINE: With friends like this in Government, who needs enemies? Is our own Government actually as much of an enemy of America, as Islam? Do they both have the same agenda? Is our own liberal government really the coup de tant subversive here, not only advocating, but involved in the overthrow of our Constitutional Republic and replacing it with a Social Communist Dictatorship?.

I know, this reeks of a conspiracy theory, but remember, the American Revolutionary War was the result of a conspiracy by only a handful of American citizens.

So who are the conspirators here, the “Right Wing Conservative Extremists” who want their freedom back and to save this “Constitutional Federal Republic, or the “Left Wing Liberal Extremist who want to incrementally take your freedom, socialize and nationalize the entire country?

The Right wants an Independent Free Republic, and the Left wants a Dependant Controlled Nation.

Which Conspiracy are ‘you’ going to join…?

What do ‘you’ want???

You may have to decide soon, and get off of the fence …

Sometimes the truth 'is' absolute…
