I have a personal interest in having CAIR dismantled and all of its members put behind bars. Members of CAIR have threatened my life on numerous occasions. I will give you a week to digest this rather lengthy article and all of its links to source documents and videos at the end. It is profoundly telling of our government’s incompliance.

It has been more than four years since I first wrote a letter to the FBI about the fundamental truth that any Muslim charitable organization is a fraud and likely a terrorist front. Charity is just not part of the Islamic ideology and therefore cannot exist in the Middle East or anywhere in the world

There is no love in Islam.
Let me preface this article with the statement that CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations as they call themselves is a front to collect money for Islamic charity, the only Islamic charity there is, is the Jihad of Islam. Charity is founded in love and benevolence. The word Love does not appear in the Quran and is not part of the Islamic religion, deception is.

“If we find you, we will hang you upside down, slit your throat, and bleed you like the pig that you are.” These are not words of charity; those were the words of one member of CAIR in response to one of my earlier articles exposing Islam for what it is, a religion of hate, murder, tyranny, and conquest. .

Better late than never I guess
As recent as early this year the FBI, quite by accident, discovered anomalies in the international transactions of CAIR.

FBI finally turns up the heat on CAIR

In the last few weeks the FBI obtained a court order to secure thousands of documents that were removed from the offices of CAIR in a daring independent civilian undercover operation.

CAIR has sued to get the documents returned, but it would appear the FBI has read enough to conclude that it must review the documents in question first. This is an extraordinary development in this case.

The disappointing aspect of this epiphany of the FBI is that they are unable to connect the dots and recognize that all Islamic charities are nothing but Islamic terrorists organizations bent on turning the U.S. into an Islamic State just as it has done without exception throughout the world and throughout history.

Homeland insecurity

FBI swoops in to halt return of 'Muslim Mafia' documents, new subpoena in conflict with judge's order on papers captured in independent civilian undercover investigation.

While attorneys representing the co-author of "Muslim Mafia" were preparing late today to honor a federal court order to return documents obtained from the Council on American-Islamic Relations in an independent undercover operation, FBI agents served a warrant on a Washington, D.C., law office for the same documents.

The FBI agents entered the capital law offices of Cozen O'Connor and issued a warrant for thousands of pages of documents as well as audio and video recordings. These were all gathered by P. David Gaubatz and his son Chris in a daring and lengthy undercover penetration of CAIR in which the younger Gaubatz served as an unpaid intern for CAIR, the group that was labeled an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator in last year's Brotherhood and Holy Land Foundation Federal trial in a Texas Federal Court. .

Now bear in mind this was originally discovered by an independent group of extraordinary citizens, not the inept deceived FBI. Moreover to add to the ineptness of the government, they arrested the undercover Gaubatz for illegally obtaining private documents. This is the enemy of the civilized world were talking about.

CAIR claimed in a lawsuit that Gaubatz removed its papers and made recordings of employees "without any consent or authorization and in violation of his contractual fiduciary and other legal obligations." A federal judge in Washington issued a restraining order Nov. 3 barring the Gambit’s from further use or publication of the material – 12,000 pages of documents along with audio and video recordings – and demanding that they return it to the Muslim group's lawyers. This is yet another case where our court system has run amuck.

Thank God however, the FBI stepped in with a warrant, suggesting the agency wants to see the papers and examine the recordings as part of its interest in CAIR and its Hamas terrorist links, including those involving its founding chairman and acting executive director.

The FBI's grand-jury subpoena is intended to preserve the status quo and not intended to require the Gambit’s legal counsel to turn over the documents immediately – or before notifying Judge Kollar-Kotelly.

CAIR contends the documents were stolen. David Gaubatz insists the research described in his book, including securing the documents, "was conducted professionally and legally" in cooperation with law enforcement officials. Much of the relevant material is already in the hands of the FBI, he said.

The Gambit’s are being represented by high-profile First Amendment specialist Martin Garbus, most famous for representing Daniel Ellsberg in the Pentagon Papers case. Garbus is teamed with Bernard Grimm of Cozen O'Connor in Washington and Daniel Horowitz in the San Francisco Bay area. Horowitz, a frequent TV legal analyst, represented talk-radio host Michael Savage in his lawsuit against CAIR. Grimm also is a regular commentator on the Fox News Channel, CNN and Court TV.

In Gaubatz's book, "Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America," he and co-author Paul Sperry present firsthand evidence CAIR is acting as a front for a well-funded conspiracy of the Muslim Brotherhood – the parent of al-Qaida and Hamas – to infiltrate the U.S. and help pave the way for Saudi-style Islamic law to rule the nation.

In the lawsuit, however, CAIR, a self-described Muslim civil-rights group, does not defend itself against the book's claims.

The FBI cut off ties to CAIR in January after the group was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case in Texas, the largest terrorism-finance case in U.S. history. Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer of New York and other senators have called for a government-wide ban on CAIR.

Garbus said he believes Americans have an interest in exposure of the CAIR documents, because they are relevant to federal law enforcement officials' concerns about the group's ties to terrorist operatives that threaten the nation's security.

Garbus said the Gaubatz lawsuit has similarities to his defense of legal author and CNN commentator Jeffrey Toobin, who allegedly violated a confidentiality agreement with Iran-Contra investigator Lawrence E. Walsh in the early 1990s when he published a book about his experience as a member of the prosecution team. Garbus won the case on First Amendment grounds.

CAIR alleges Chris Gaubatz signed a confidentiality agreement when he worked as an intern for six months, but Gaubatz denies it, and CAIR reportedly says it has no copy of any agreement. In any event, Horowitz says CAIR has bigger things to worry about: "If a grand jury hears even half of what is in the 'Muslim Mafia papers,' CAIR will be destroyed and its leaders could face massive prison terms.” For years the FBI has ignored growing evidence that CAIR had ties to terrorism!

Now, CAIR finally appears to be the subject of a federal criminal investigation. Although no formal statement to that effect has been made, FBI agents issued a grand jury subpoena last week seeking internal CAIR documents that are the subject of an ongoing civil lawsuit.

CAIR sued P. David Gaubatz and his son Chris Gaubatz in federal court last month, claiming it was the victim of theft and trespassing. In the book, Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America, the Gaubatz’s acknowledge that Chris adopted a pseudonym and posed as a Muslim convert to secure an internship at CAIR in 2008.

He used his access to take thousands of pages of internal CAIR documents and to make surreptitious recordings of CAIR officials. Citing those records, the book claims that CAIR is part of a conspiracy among groups affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood to infiltrate, support violent jihad and overthrow the U.S. Government from within.

Among the book's specific allegations, they actively thwart law enforcement counter-terror investigations. Following the release of the book, four congressional Republicans sought an investigation into the book's claims that CAIR seeks to place interns on committees dealing with the judiciary and homeland security, in other words, Islamic infiltration of government agencies.

Just last year, the FBI cut off communication with CAIR on outreach and other general informational contacts. That move was based on evidence from the successful Hamas-support prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) linking the organization and its founders to Hamas. CAIR co-founders Nihad Awad and Omar Ahmad (a.k.a. Omar Yehya) were included in a telephone list (check out the list) of a U.S.-based Hamas-support network and the two participated in a secret 1993 gathering of Hamas-members and supporters aimed at undermining the U.S.-brokered Oslo Accords which created the secular Palestinian Authority.

Awad and Ahmad were then leaders of the Islamic Association for Palestine (IAP), a Hamas-front that exhibits in the HLF case show was an original component in the Muslim Brotherhood's "Palestine Committee" which was created to support the Hamas terrorist organization in the United States.

In that weekend-long gathering, FBI recordings show the group discussed creating a new Islamist lobbying arm. CAIR was created the following summer and immediately was added to the Palestine Committee's agenda. In explaining why it cut off CAIR's access, an FBI official expressed the bureau's concern "whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and HAMAS."

The incompetence of that answer may have risen to a new level.

THE BOTTOM LINE: "whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and HAMAS.”??? You see, herein lies the problem, these politically correct numb brain idiots in our so-called Federal/National autocracy, I’m sorry, bureaucracy, are so out of touch with reality that they are incompetent and ineffective.

Continues to be a connection??? May God help us! And I mean that in a prayerful context. Do these people really think…No I give them too much credit, they don’t think, that’s the problem, they are programmed/indoctrinated, blinded by political correctness and the religion of multi-Culturalism. "whether there continues to be a connection between CAIR or its executives and HAMAS." What? Does the FBI, Homeland Security, CIA, the SS or what ever, think that after nearly fourteen hundred years of Islam’s agenda of world conquest, tyranny and murder they have changed their mind, or their ideology. Continue, of course they will continue, until they have control of all the nations of the world under the Islamic law of Sharia. As long as there is one Muslim left they will continue.

The trouble is, these brain dead idiots in our government have no clue as to the agenda of Islam, our deadliest enemy in history. It’s the same as the Nazis, you big dummies. Moreover our military is making exactly the same mistake that it made in the 1930’s. We didn’t read the enemies hand book Mein Kampf then either. Today our government can’t even make up its mind just who our enemy actually is, and nearly no one in congress has read the Islamic hand books of ISLAMIC WORLD CONQUEST the Quran or the Hadith.

Now bear in mind the FBI had enough information better than four years ago to at least generate probable cause for a search warrant. I know this how? Because I gave them enough data, all they had to do was check it out and confirm it. But then, I guess their blind deception was standing in the way as usual, or maybe just the fact that it is politically incorrect to suspect our enemy of espionage or infiltration. .

CAIR, a known terrorist organization, to everyone except the U.S. government, and every other Islamic terrorist charity has been granted nonprofit status by the IRS, generating millions of U.S. tax free dollars every year to support the enemy whose agenda is to turn America into an Islamic State of tyranny and terror.

This is tantamount to having Nazis running loose in our county, in our military, in our government, in our schools, and in our neighborhoods in 1943. Question, if we had been this stupid then, do you think we would have one the war? Well unless we wake up soon we won’t win this one…

Back on September 25th, a few thousand Muslims gathered on Capitol Hill, a number far short of the 50,000 the event planners were shooting and hoping for. An ACT! for America team, led by two of our Florida chapter leaders, was on hand for the event, and was able to interview a number of the Muslims who attended.

In one case, the discussion centered around whether or not homosexuals should be put to death under shariah law, care to guess what the Muslim’s position was?

In a second instance, the team interviewed a disciple of terrorist Sheikh Gilani. Sheikh Gilani’s organization is behind the creation of some 40 secretive compounds in this country which are the focus of the video documentary “Homegrown Jihad.” This interview is an eye-opening example of how, when confronted, Islamists deny even the most obvious and documented facts.

In a third instance, our team captured some very revealing video about the place of women in Islam.
