Where’s The Fence

The "smoking gun", the government is not building the double-layered fence mandated by law.

By de Andréa

Our elected government is obviously not interested in the security of America. They are interested only in votes, legal or otherwise. Just why would a government want illegals, criminals, terrorists infiltrators, disease infected, welfare recipients to sneak across our border by the millions??? Votes, votes, votes and more votes…

The result of this self-serving preoccupation with personal power and elitism is a bleak looking future, for the country that the people have entrusted to these anti-American demagogs.

America has become an easy mark for every kind of sick criminal, freeloading socialists and infiltrating terrorist in the world, just get yourself to Mexico or Canada, and walk in. It is more difficult for one to sneak into a theater than it is to waltz into the land of freedom; a theater at least, requires a ticket.

Mexican gangs, much as the Sicilian Mafia of the past, have pock marked this country with organized crime as well as assisting the Muslim terrorist cells and some of the 230 terrorist training camps across 41 states. This all with the knowledge and apparent blessings of the U.S. Congress and the so-called home security, in trade for political correctness, multicultural tolerance, and of course don’t forget, “the votes”.

To date, our government has built just five miles of the 854 miles of double-layer border fence mandated by their own law, the Secure Fence Act of 2006. By comparison, the private Minutemen organization (the American vigilantes as President Bush calls them) has built 18 miles of fence, without a law and without congressional funding.

This outrageous fact begs a question...
Why? If the law mandated a double layer fence covering 854 miles, then where’s the fence?

From Grass Fire, “Border fence funding hoax of 2006 and 2007
Grassfire.org's research staff has blown the lid off this deceptive and convoluted border fence funding fraud being perpetrated on the citizens of our nation.

Warning -- reading this report will enrage you. It will infuriate you. Go here to access the full report:
http://www.grassfire.org/22042/offer.asp?rid=12121819

As you will see in this report, Congress and the Administration are pretending to support a real border fence but then working behind the scenes to ensure that the Secure Fence Act is never really implemented. Congress is trying to repeat its Border Fence Funding Hoax on us again! Here is how...

As you may know, recently an amendment providing $3 billion for border security was stripped from the DOD appropriations bill.

We fully expect that bill to be added to the DHS funding bill in the next few days. However, even if they pass the $3 billion funding amendment, DHS may not be required to use any of that money for the border fence.

That is because of another amendment by Sen. Hutchison that says DHS does not have to build the fence! Sen. Hutchison's staff said this amendment (also removed from DOD appropriations) will also be re-attached to the DHS appropriations bill”.

Not only is Congress mandated by their own legislation to protect this country from a foreign invasion but the U S Constitution also mandates it. Article 4 Section 4 – Read it…
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence”.

As long as they can get away with referring to the foreign invasion across our open borders as “illegal Immigration” as opposed to what is; “invasion” by foreign countries, including our enemy Islam, they will get away with this dereliction of duty.

To illustrate just how much of a deception this really is, there is no such term as “Illegal Immigration”. Immigration is, and has always been, a legal process, and therefore cannot be illegal. It is a cover-up, a deception, so they can avoid their sworn constitutional duty of protecting this Nation from a foreign “INVASION” and instead, exercise their personal agenda of VOTES, VOTES, VOTES, and MORE VOTES.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Living in America these days is like trying to float on the ocean in a sinking sieve. I wonder of the Minutemen should do more than just build fences to protect this country from a foreign invasion. It could be that we may need them to do their historical job of fighting an oppressive government of taxation with out representation. Do you feel represented by this renegade government with a personal agenda of just remaining in power? As this democracy deteriorates, I have an increasingly more difficult time distinguishing it from a government struggling to become a dictatorship.
If our Boarders were secure, we would have little need for the oppressive Home Land Security.

Remembering “Mien Kampf”, (My struggle)…

"...There is no nation on earth powerful enough to accomplish our overthrow. Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing.” -- Daniel Webster, June 1, 1837
