Treason

Is Hollywood located in the Middle east, or is it in California???

I have to assume that the act of treason does not exist anymore. This assumption is based on the anti- American garbage that is coming out of Hollywood lately that is obviously in direct support of America’s enemy in a time of war.

The Constitution does itself does not create the offense; it only restricts the definition. The crime is prohibited by legislation passed by Congress. Therefore the United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 2381 states "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death. Or shall at the very least be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States

On October 11, 2006, a federal grand jury issued the first indictment for treason against the United States since 1952, charging Adam Yahiye Gadahn for videos in which he spoke supportively of al-Qaeda.

Recently, Hollywood has presented the Film Rendition, Redacted, and Lyons for Lambs, as well as a few others, which are clearly anti-American and support the Islamic cause of overthrowing the American Government and all in a time of war. If one cannot bring themselves far enough back in history to where treason was treason then possibly one could squeeze out a vote for sedition.

Hollywood must be getting a pass on its films of treason; Adan Yahive Gadahn was indicted in 2006 for treason, producing videos in support of our enemy. Maybe there is a legal difference between a video and a movie. On the other hand, maybe Gadahn just didn’t have quite the political pull or available funds that Hollywood producers have.

Maybe it is true, if one is popular or powerful enough or gives money to the right polititians, one can commit treason or or any crime, even the crime of murder like O.J. or Robert Blake and get away with it.

Where did all the justice go??? Maybe the same place the Constitution went, wherever that is...
